This home is located in the elevated neighborhood of Northeast Santa Monica. The key drivers for the home’s design were, introduce an abundance of natural light, use low maintenance natural materials, create a seamless connection of indoor and outdoor spaces for living, and orient the home to take advantage of the views of the city and ocean beyond. The design aspires to be clean, natural feeling and open with clear site lines, invoking an overall sense of calm and peace. The project is currently under construction, completion anticipated in late 2025.
